Den Sound von PILOT AMOK (Tutzing/München) machen funkige Basslines  (Rico "Rigoros", ex-Flung Vortex, ex-Treiber), straighte Schlagzeug-Grooves (Fabi "Gunrider", ex-Cockaigne, ex-Flung Vortex, ex-Treiber) und an der Gitarre (Christoph "ÄxnJäckson", ex-Flung Vortex, ex-Silent Decay), sowohl Riffs als auch cleane Melodien aus. "Reden ist Silber, Schweigen ist Gold!", "Let the music speak!", "Ab und zu einfach mal die Schnauze halten!": derartig wahre Leitsprüche untermauern die Entscheidung, bewusst auf jeglichen Gesang zu verzichten, die Message wird allein über die Musik transportiert. Electro funktioniert ohne Gesang, wieso also nicht auch Gitarrenmusik? Tag für Tag werden mehr oder weniger schlaue Texte herausgegeben, teilweise von Leuten, die in der Tat mal besser ihre Fresse gehalten hätten. Auch die bisherige Live-Resonanz konnte dieses rein instrumentale Konzept bestätigen. Es geht hier schlicht um eingängige und energiegeladene Musik.

See the colours which mix to black - hear the individuality which mix to the music of chromatic BLaCK. Five musicians as different as possible mixed to a loud ensemble. But not just the ingredients are important it depends on the mix to create
nothing new but all different.

chromatic BLaCK is not a conventional band, but represents a master plan of music, performance and visual aspects. The creative mind and Graduate Designer daniel R mueller designs and realizes artwork, fotos and videos
in DIY-tradition. The passion for art, culture and music, the rejection of any cliche and a excessive lifestyle generats classy music far from any class.

After various CD-, EP-, DVD- and Music Video releases by RiffRaff whatever (pre. chromatic BLaCK) on different labels (Plastic Bomb, Agressive Noise, Konfisziert,...) chromatic BLaCK is working together with the producer Jörg Evers since 2007. Look out for the self titled debut album ,chromatic BLaCK'! It is already recorded and will hopfully be realesed soon!

A central point of the musical content is the critical examination of present social concernings. The influences are not just different but complementary.
