In July 2025, Mortal Sin re­united once more to cel­e­brate the 40th an­niver­sary of their
ground­break­ing de­but al­bum Mayhemic Destruction. The lat­est in­car­na­tion of the band
fea­tures orig­i­nal mem­bers Mat Maurer and Andy Eftichiou, along­side Nathan Shea and
Ryan Huthnance, and proudly wel­comes George Delinicolis, pow­er­house drum­mer from
Sydney band Live Wire.
As pi­o­neers of the Australian thrash metal move­ment, Mortal Sin have left an in­deli­ble
mark on the global metal scene, even open­ing for Metallica in their early years.
